Areas Served

We serve Southern California within a 40 mile radius of Long Beach, CA

Bookings

  • All bookings must be made at least two weeks in advance, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Please call or email us your contact info so we can determine your event needs as soon as possible.

Payment

  • Deposits must be made at the time of booking.
  • Final Payment must be made in advance, or at the time of our arrival on the day of the event

Photo Booth Pricing

Pricing is determined in the following way.

  • Time On-Site for Photo Shoot
    • Length of time you want us to shoot photos at your event.
    • We will work with you to determine how long it would take to present at least one photo to each guest.
    • This is based on the number of guests that you expect at your event, and how many shots will be placed on each photo card.
  • Number of Photo Card Shots
    • The number of photo shots to be taken and placed on each photo card. Typically, one to four shots may be taken per photo card.
  • MPF Logo / Branding
    • Removing or retaining our MPF logo / branding on the card or the photo booth canopy.
    • Some customers (usually corporate) prefer only their branding, and request us not to place our our logo on the photo card, or prefer that we do not display our company name on our photo booth canopy.
  • Special Options / Requirements
    • Guest Database / Mailing List – Name, phone, email, etc.
    • Delayed or Live Photo Uploads to Social Media sites.
    • MPF photo share links to Facebook and Twitter linking MPF for customer website for maximum visibility and event coverage.
    • Separate Guest Kiosk for sharing photos in real-time via Social Media Sites, Email, or SMS / Texting.
    • Use of a power generator when electricity is not available.
    • Venue Fees, Parking Fees, or TULIP Insurance if required.

Corporate and Academic Pricing

  • Call for pricing, branding, and artwork options.

All Photo Booth Packages Include

  • Unlimited Guest Photo Booth Photos during shoot times.
  • One Slide Show Video DVD (playable on PCs, and DVD Players).
  • One CD of all RAW Photo Booth shots and Single shot images (playable on PCs, and DVD Players, and suitable for reprinting).
  • Upon Request:
    • Photo Album with Select Guest Shots may be provided.
    • USB Memory Stick / Flash Drive may be provided.

Roving Photographer Fees

A fee of $400 for 2 hours of non-scripted roving photography and will include include:

  • One Photo Album with:
    • Four select 8 x 10 Prints
    • One 8 x 10 Collage of the best image shots.
  • One Slide Show Video DVD
    • Containing two video compilations. One of Photo Booth shots, and one of Single shot images
    • Playable on PCs, and DVD Players).
  • One CD
    • Containing, RAW Photo Booth shots, and Single shot images
    • Playable on PCs, and DVD Players

Electrical Generator Fees

  • $300 per Day

If your event will be held in an area where electrical power is not accessible, MyPartyFotos is able to provide a gas powered Electrical Generator for the following fees.
