ABOUT MyPartyFotos Photo Booth Setups

Every event includes unlimited Guest Photos during shoot times, 1 Photo Album with sample shots, 1 Slide Show Video CD, and 1 CD of all shots.

Each of our Photo Booth Studio event setups are equipped with Green Screen, Studio Lighting, High-Quality Dye-Sublimation Printer, and Props appropriate for your event. Depending on the location of your event and where you want us to be positioned at the venue, we have two basic setups that will work; Open Air Studio, or Enclosed Studio. Each photo will be branded with your Event Title and custom text. An image of the guest(s) of honor or party logo may be included at no additional charge.

PRINT STATION

Our Print station uses very High-Quality Dye-Sublimation Printers and superior heavy stock photo paper when printing 4″ x 6″ or 2″ x 6″ photo booth prints for your guests, and 8″ x 10″ prints for your photo album. The end result of is a nearly permanent, high resolution, full color print. Since the dyes are infused into the substrate at the molecular level, rather than applied at a topical level, your guests receive quality prints that resist cracking, fading or peeling from the substrate under normal conditions.

OPEN AIR STUDIO

Our Open Air Studio with Green Screen setup fits into an 8′ x 8′ area.  This is suitable for medium to large indoor
events at venues, such as: Hotels, Convention Centers, and Community Centers. With the Open Air Studio setup, the push-up enclosure is not used. This setup provides an Open Concept Footprint of 8′ x 8′ with traditional photo-shoot umbrella lighting.

ENCLOSED STUDIO

Our Enclosed Studio with Green Screen setup is contained within an 8’x8′ push-up style
canopy enclosure which works well indoors or outdoors. The roof, which is flat and 7′ in height is suitable for events located at indoor and outdoor venues when you want a photo booth near the action, but not interfering with the main event. At smaller outdoor venues where space is limited, the push-up works great in the backyard or on a standard driveway.

ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS

Our Studio setups require access to one or more 110 Volt AC outlets within 10 feet of our setup. Electrical circuits should be capable of providing at least 10 amps current to power one Printer,  two LED Lighting Instruments, and Power supplies for a Laptop, External Monitor, Camera Transformer, and two wireless Phone Chargers.

Note:  For outdoor events, we can also provide our own gas powered Electrical Generator if required. See Pricing Page for Fees.

PROPS

We offer a large variety of high-quality Photo Booth Props that will complement the theme of your event. If you have something special in mind, let us know and we will work with you to provide props to enhance your guests’ Photo Booth experience.

BACKGROUNDS

We provide a Green Screen backdrop at every Photo Booth booking to provide you guests with backgrounds that fit the theme of your event. You may provide your own background images, or we will provide them for you at no extra charge. If you desire custom work with the name of your event, or guest of honor, we will take care of it at no additional charge.
